October 17, 2012, Vancouver, B.C. – Gold Reach Resources Ltd., (the “Company”) (GRV: TSX-V), announces that further to the Company’s news release on October 15, 2012 in consideration for the Cheslatta entering into the letter of consideration, the Company will grant the Cheslatta 250,000 warrants at an agreed to price of $1.70 for a period of five years. The Company wishes to change the price of $1.70 for a period of five years to a price of $1.50 for a period of five years, subject to regulatory approval. All other information from the news release dated October 15, 2012 remains the same.
